Yabatech 2016 Exam code and
Corresponding Purnishment for Culprits
Expulsion from the college includes:
- Impersonation (writing Exam for someone else)
- Bringing prepared answers or college answer sheet to the examination hall
- Paper cancellation and carryover of the course
- Refusal to be Searched by the Invigilator
Cancellation of result and
repetition of same class includes:
- Bringing relevant or irrelevant working gadget to the exam hall e.g. bag, piece of paper, telephone. Etc.
- Writing or jotting on the question paper desk, palm or other parts of the body except the back of the answer script.
- Writing examination in another hall rather than the assigned hall.
- Failure to sign the attendance sheet before and after writing the examination and non-submission of booklet to the invigilator.
- Cooperation through exchange of papers or working in the examination hall.
- Rude attitude to the invigilator both inside and outside the examination hall.
Cancellation of result and carryover
of course includes:
- Action that distracts the students or peaceful conduct of the exam hall
- Conversation between students e.g. conversation to dictate answers, lending and borrowing of writing materials.
- Suspension and repeating the same class:
- Distribution of exhibit found on students upon apprehension for examination malpractice.
Expulsion from the college includes:
- Refusal to fill the CEC 07 form and to submit identify card upon apprehension for examination misconduct.
- Submission of answer script different from the one given in the exam hall.
- Use of stapler instead of using a string to attach a continuation sheet to the answer booklet
